Yes!
Dude, That's some sweet hair.
Last night was pretty productive.
Road Machine: 30 minutes (I'm almost finished with the TOCA!)
Gym: triceps, chest, and 5,000M of rowing
Lower back
100 various crunches
15 minutes stretching
Scale says....199
Not a huge loss, but I've tied my lowest weight so far and I feel great. The pants I'm wearing are feeling big. Could 190 be on it's way?! Hopefully as the weather warms I'll be riding more and more and gradually up the saddle time. In general I think I'll start being more active as the snow turns to water.
Just the other night I got my Taurine back and the brakes feel good. I went to my friend's place and he showed me how to bleed and adjust my hydraulics. Hopefully I won't have to do that too often this year, but I'm not as afraid of them anymore.

That's awesome, a really good workout too. I'm impressed, I know it's been tough to even get to the gym lately. I'm betting that as it warms up you'll be out more, and I see 190 in your future. That's my goal!
